Sherri Baptise Sherri Baptiste is the daughter of two of America's yoga/health/ fitness pioneers-Magaņa and Walt Baptiste. Author of Yoga with Weights for Dummies, she is an inspirational teacher at the forefront of yoga training in America. Founder of the Baptiste Power of Yoga method, she leads teacher-training programs recognized by Yoga Alliance.

Experience a dynamic exploration of the chakras as a path to yogic transformation, healing, and selfrealization. This class includes a hatha yoga session designed and sequenced to awaken the spirit and balance the chakras. We'll practice visualization, color-breathing techniques, and meditation to stimulate subtle awareness and bring balance to the chakras, leaving you with an overall sense of well-being. Bring a mat, blanket, and block or sitting cushion.
