One of the most valuable effects of asana is its power to unblock the flow of natural power, confidence, and health. Through an active, uplifting asana practice, we'll raise our energy up the spine, creating a sense of strength and lightness. To balance that work, we'll work back down the spine with a purifying earthward-moving sequence. Mostly asana.
