uttal Jai Uttal is a sacredmusic composer, recording artist, and ecstatic vocalist. He combines influences from India and America, creating a multicultural fusion that is truly World Spirit music. Jai has been leading kirtans around the world for more than 30 years. His seventh CD release, Mondo Rama, was nominated for a Grammy Award.

Embark on a journey into the multicolored, many-roomed mansions of the heart through the practice of kirtan, or call-andresponse singing of the ecstatic songs of ancient India. Come explore the path of bhakti yoga, understand the vast beauty of the Indian raga and tala systems, and learn to create your own songs to the Divine. No previous experience needed. Mostly chanting.

Join us for an evening of sacred activation of voice, body, breath, movement, and dance. We’ll harness the energy behind our individual and collective power in support of The 1,008,000 Tree Planting Project with Trees for the Future. Doors open with kirtan with Jai Uttal, followed by Sacred Activation with Shiva Rea. End the evening with free-form spin with DJ Dragonfly.

$15 for conference attendees; $25 for general public.
Net proceeds benefit Trees for the Future.
